Charges for physiotherapy services are based on guidelines developed by the Ontario Physiotherapy Association (OPA) and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO).

The fee schedule reflects time spent by the Physiotherapist in patient treatments and related services (reports, consultations and letters). Additional charges my be incurred for assessment reports

MVA (Motor Vehicle Accident) PATIENTS:

As per submitted Treatment Plan (OCF – 18)

Appropriate forms for treatment and disability benefits will be completed. Treatment recommended and approved will be paid at FSCO approved rates. If you have extended health care (EHC) benefits, reimbursement must be made first and then FSCO will pay the balance of charges.

Our office Assistant will help you with this process.

COMMUNITY VISITS:

Time can be arranged to see patients at home, work or in a fitness centre.

The fee covers the assessment, completion and submission the ADP application form, communication with power of attorney if required, family doctor and ADP. Additional visits are billed separately at the regular home visit rate of “$100.00/visit.

ODSP will cover all fees for ADP/mobility devices assessment.

Out of town visits may be billed an additional fee depending on total therapist time away from the clinic and mileage.
